The baby sitter of the 60's
How many mornings have I jumped out of bed.. Ran to the television.. Turned it on to see
the familiar indian head test pattern. Well.. This hasn't happened recently. The only test patterns you see now are the boring color bars.. And that really annoying
400 hertz tone! But back when I was growing up.. I saw the old test pattern a lot. I was usually waiting for Captain Kangaroo, Tom Terrific or some other
great cartoon show to come on.. No transforming robots or mutant amphibians back then.
