All our items are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. After the transaction you will receive an email from us, usually within 24 hours, acknowledging your order and with a delivery confirmation number. If for some reason you are not happy with our Products you just need to call or email within Three Days to arrange a Return or a Substitution. We do ask you to remember that most of the items sold are over 30 years old so it is not likely your item will be "perfect". As any GI Joe expert will tell you, stress Cracks on figures are common and normal as Hasbro struggled to get their plastic mixture right. They are especially common in the earlier figures, some even cracked before they left the factory. We strive to keep our customers happy and will answer all questions to the best of our ability.
